I General Informations


Joe Nivas is a home for poor girls. It started on 1st june 2005 at Besleham. Majority of our children are coming from very broken families. Some of them are street children. In the beginning there were only 26 children. But now the number of children rose, 60 children are living here. It aims to help the children especially the street children to grow and integrate themselves into social transformation that preventing them from being helpless person.

      Children have a systematic timetable including study, prayer, play and other co-curricular activities. It helps them to lead a disciplined life. For the mental and spiritual growth, we used to arrange christen programs. Counseling facilities are given for their better growth. For the physical security and health care Dr. Sr. Geetha Maria's service is very valuable. This institution is running by the selfless service and financial assistance of well wishers. Majority of this parishnors are very interested about these children. Convent and province also help us in emergency period.

        Intact it is a second home for them. They are trying to make the best use of every opportunities, and come out as flying colours.
